This website and online store are independently operated by the merchant and powered by Shopify. Shopify only provides technical platform infrastructure and does not participate in any sales transactions, nor does it assume any responsibility for store products, orders, after-sales services, or disputes. All purchases, transactions, and contractual relationships are solely formed between the customer and the store merchant.
All product pictures, descriptions, sizes, colors, textures, functions, and specifications displayed on this site are for reference only. Minor inconsistencies caused by screen resolution, lighting, shooting angle, device display differences, or manual measurement errors do not constitute product defects, false advertising, or breach of contract. The merchant reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product information, pricing, discounts, and promotion rules at any time without prior notice.
Submission of an order by the customer constitutes a purchase offer only, and does not guarantee order confirmation. The merchant retains the absolute right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to incorrect product information, inventory abnormalities, suspected fraudulent orders, duplicate orders, abnormal purchasing behavior, policy violations, or system errors. The merchant shall not be liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from order rejection or cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all store services and products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The merchant makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free service operation. The merchant disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from customers’ access and use of this website and purchased products.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the merchant, its affiliates, staff, and Shopify from all claims, disputes, liabilities, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from customers’ violation of these terms, unauthorized use of products, infringement of third-party rights, or other improper behaviors.
The merchant reserves the right to revise and update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and placement of orders after updates shall be deemed acceptance of the latest terms. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing Time: All orders require 2–5 business days for internal processing, including order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and arrangement for shipment. Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and peak sales periods.
Shipping Eligible Countries: We currently support shipping only to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Any order with a shipping address outside the above regions will be rejected or cancelled automatically without prior notice.
Shipping Fee Rules: Free standard international shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 and above. A flat shipping fee of $6.80 USD will be charged for all orders with a subtotal between$0.00 – $99.90 USD.
Estimated International Delivery Time: International delivery takes8–15 business days after dispatch. All delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier transportation issues, customs clearance, local postal delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events. The merchant assumes no liability for any shipping delays.
Customs, Duties & Import Liability: All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, clearance fees, and other local charges imposed by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be borne by the recipient. The merchant is not responsible for customs inspection delays, package detention, confiscation, or return due to local import regulations or customer non-compliance.
Shipping Risk Transfer: Once the package is handed over to the official shipping carrier, all risks of loss, damage, or missing items during transportation are fully transferred to the customer. The merchant shall not be liable for carrier losses, transit damage, delivery failure caused by incorrect customer address, missed pickup, recipient refusal, or return without valid reasons.
