01IS SHIPPING COMPLIMENTARY?

Yes. Complimentary worldwide shipping is included with every LUXEMARK order—no minimum spend required.

02HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Most orders arrive in approximately 8–12 days. Bespoke display backdrops and baseplates require an additional 3–5 business days for considered production before dispatch.

03WHAT IS YOUR RETURN WINDOW?

You may request a return within 45 days of placing your order. Please keep your item and its presentation packaging in returnable condition.

04WHAT MODEL SCALES DO THE CASES FIT?

Display case only — model cars are not included. Each LUXEMARK case is sized to display one to three 1:64 scale model cars, depending on each model’s proportions and your preferred composition.

For a larger scale, the same case can display one 1:43 scale model car as a dedicated exhibit.

05CAN I PERSONALIZE MY DISPLAY?

Yes. Our Bespoke Collection lets you upload artwork for a custom backdrop and, optionally, a personalized baseplate—so your display can become a true extension of your collection.

06CAN I CHANGE A BESPOKE ORDER?

Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase if you need to change or cancel a bespoke order. After this point, the artwork may have entered production.

07WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

Our lifetime warranty covers unexpected colour fading, damage, and excessive scratching arising from material or production issues. It does not cover accidental surface scratches, drops, impact damage, or misuse.
